Decorates 1 Cake

Add powder to mixer and start on slow speed. Add 40ml water in mixing bowl. Mix for 4-5 minutes on high speed, until light and fluffy. Give 5 minutes to rest. Decorate cake with fluffy mix. If necessary, adjust consistency with more water or icing sugar.
